The decision to change brokerages is rarely an easy one. It can be particularly difficult when you have an established personal or team brand. It usually boils down to a push or a pull. There can be a push to get away from something or a pull towards something better. A pull towards a system or opportunity that will bring you closer to your potential and closer to where you want your business, career, and income to be. The Real Broker was this for me and may offer the same for you. There are a lot of narratives out there, but what is Real is a matter of perception. Your perception is what ultimately matters, but I want to share what mattered to me in hopes of helping you make a thoughtful decision.

As National Growth Leader at The Real Broker…

In addition to moving my Globl RED team to Real, I accepted the role of National Growth Leader. This is a passion role for me, as my goal to draw people to our industry and foster their growth aligns with the model at Real.
